Terms and conditions

GoToPhuket.co is an online shopfront where you browse and book. It is not a tour operator and it is not the company name. Licensed partner shops supply the tours: Hala Walla Tour Phuket, Thailand tour licence No. 32/02176, and Trips in Phuket, Thailand tour licence No. 33/11882. Payments and official receipts are issued by The Nine Seasons Group Co., Ltd., registered with Thailand's Department of Business Development, registration No. 0835567002958.

A booking asks us to hold a place. We confirm availability, the meeting point, and the final price. The price on a tour page is a starting price in Thai baht.

You can pay on arrival, at our office, or by card when that option is offered. A card payment is a deposit of 500 baht per person. The rest is paid on arrival, or in full at our Patong office, before the time stated on the booking. Which of those two ways applies depends on the tour. Card payments and official receipts are issued in the name of The Nine Seasons Group Co., Ltd.. A place that is not paid by that time can be cancelled.

Weather, national park rules, and boat or vehicle availability can change a tour. If we need to change or decline a booking, we tell you before you travel.

Please tell us about swimming ability, mobility, age, height, or weight limits that could affect the day. We may decline a booking when a tour is not a safe fit.
